Well I get to see the Man today. I hope it works. But today my back is like when you have tooth ache for days. Then when you go to the dentist its fine.
Mave is cleaning windows inside today, we are on a disinfect and clean EVERYTHING day ready for the next bout of chemo. No doubt it will all be done again before then,but it keeps her off the streets.
I have done a cheeky thing. I have put the painting on as a desktop theme. mavis said Oh thats nice is that the original?. No I said its mine. Oh really that looks great. Praise indeed.

I only have an hour before I go ,I had a call from the clinic to check I hadnt forgotten my apointment. AS if I could. I said earlier its likle toothache that goes at the dentist. Well since then the day has worn on and its back again. Just twinges but I know its there.
We managed a walk this morning but my was it cold/A nasty bitting wind,I could see mave was under pressure.It was good to get home again.

back now after an hour with the Man.Ive been pulled ,twisted,tugged ,bent forward,bent backwards. massaged,manipulated,and heat treated for an hour. I must admit it did feel good after, but he said it wont heal overnight and Ive got to go back on Wednesday.
Ive got to give it hot and cold treatment. He sugests a bag of frozen peas and a hot waterbottle each in a 10 minute session for an hour and 10 mins. So A trip to Tesco on the way home for hotwaterbottle. Another excuse for Mavis to shop. She picked a trolley on the way in. I said you dont need that for a hotwaterbottle. She said I just need a few things.
With my painting all done I dont know what to do with my time now.
So its watch this space.
